Sandbore Caye is an island in the Belize District of Belize .

Sandbore Caye has an area of 4 hectares. The island is 80 km off the coast of Belize and forms the northernmost and easternmost island of the Lighthouse Reef Atoll , making it the easternmost piece of land of Belize. There is a lighthouse on the island that is inhabited by a lighthouse keeper and his family. About 1 km further southwest is the larger island of Northern Caye .
