Sande was a municipality in the Norwegian province of Vestfold (dissolved in Vestfold og Telemark in 2020 ).

9,904 inhabitants lived in an area of ​​178 km² (as of January 1, 2019). The municipality number was 0713. The last mayor was Karl Einar Haslestad ( Ap ).

It bordered Drammen to the north, Svelvik to the east, Holmestrand to the south and Hof to the west . The highest point was Presteslettåsen with a height of 563 meters. Numerous finds from prehistoric times have been made in Sande, including the Nøstvet culture from the Stone Age .

As part of the municipal reform in Norway , Sande was incorporated into Holmestrand on January 1, 2020 .
