The Sandy Bay Chapel ( German Sandy Bay Chapel ) is a Baptist church building in the Sandy Bay district on the Atlantic island of St. Helena . It belongs to the St Helena Baptist Church , which is a member of the Western Province Baptist Church in the Western Cape in South Africa .
