Sannin no Kai

Sannin no Kai ( Japanese 三人 の 会 , dt. "Group of Three") was a group of Japanese composers that was founded in 1953 and existed until 1962. The "three" included Akutagawa Yasushi , the son of the writer Akutagawa Ryūnosuke , Dan Ikuma and Mayuzumi Toshirō . The group held five concerts, not least to make their own works and compositions known.
