Sapouy is both a municipality ( French commune urbaine ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso , in the Center-Ouest region and in the Ziro province . The community has 54,618 inhabitants in 57 villages. Sapouy is the capital of the Ziro Province.
