Saravan ( Persian شهرستان سراوان) is an administrative district ( Schahrestan ) in the Iranian province ( Ostan ) Sistan and Balochistan . It is close to the border with Pakistan .

The capital of the district is the city of the same name, Saravan , as well as the cities of Sirkan and Jaleq .
