Zarya antenna

The Sarja antenna (also English Zarya antenna ) is a special design of the directional antenna for medium wave broadcasting , which can be found on numerous large broadcasters in the former Soviet Union . It is a design of a long wire antenna , which is mounted on grounded steel lattice towers with a height of 50 m, which are set up at a distance of 100 m.

The length of the Zarya antenna is between 1.5 km and 3.5 km, depending on the frequency range.
