SatkomTower
A converted air raid shelter in Hattingen at Ruhrallee 19 on the site of the former Henrichshütte was called the Satkom Tower . A glazed dome is surrounded by two walkable roof terraces.
history
Construction work on bunker 2 began at the end of 1943. 1450 people found shelter there on six floors, which were divided into four rooms. After the Second World War, technical gases were stored in the tower. The renovation work began in 2000.
