Scarlett and Black was a British pop duo from the 1980s that consisted of Robin Hild and Sue West.

Both were backing singers for Doctor and the Medics . The duo released their debut album in 1987 on their record company Virgin Records , which reached number 107 on the Billboard 200 album charts in the USA in 1988 . Her debut single You Don't Know became a hit and reached number 20 on the American Billboard Hot 100 .

After that no single was released and Scarlett & Black remained a typical one-hit wonder of the 80s.
