Schönblick (Eichstätt)
The Schönblick in Eichstätt is a traditional vantage point in the Altmühltal Nature Park . At the same time, it is the location of the café, restaurant and wellness hotel Schönblick of the same name. From here there is a panorama of the Altmühltal , the Willibaldsburg and the baroque old town of Eichstätt.
For the first time, the Schönblick was mentioned as a hostel in connection with the Thingstätte am Hohen Kreuz. In the second half of the 20th century, the Schönblick made a name for itself as a café. After a change of tenant in 2005, after various renovations and new buildings, today's café, restaurant and wellness hotel Schönblick was built. This is a private 4-star hotel with 18 rooms and a 500 m² spa area with swimming pools and saunas.
