Shaking machine

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Shaking machine stands for:

  • Shaking machine (agriculture) , a machine used in historical agriculture that was used in hemp cultivation
  • Shaking machine (laboratory) , a laboratory device for evenly mixing liquid samples or reagents
  • Shaking machine (graphic industry) , a device for shaking flat and exact (edge-accurate) alignment of paper / cardboard layers so that they can then be cut precisely in the high-speed cutter. The sheets are aligned against the rear and against a side stop so that they lie exactly on top of each other. Depending on the equipment of the shaking machine, the remaining air between the sheets can then be smoothed out with the help of an "air extraction roller". The result is an exact and compact layer of paper that can be cut in the cutting machine in the next step.
