Scheldt overhead line crossing Doel
The Scheldt overhead line crossing Doel north of the Doel nuclear power plant is part of the 380 kV line from the nuclear power plant to the Scheldelaan substation . It consists of a guy mast on the western bank of the Scheldt and two 170 meter high masts, one of which stands on a caisson in the Scheldt . The span between the two support masts is 1200 meters, that between the guy mast on the western bank of the Scheldt and the support mast in the Scheldt is 1000 meters.
