Schillingsstrasse 106 (Gürzenich)

The house at Schillingsstraße 106 is in the Gürzenich district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in 1764 according to an inscription in the lintel .

The eaves-standing two-story half - timbered house with a gable roof is part of a former courtyard. The building has a rectangular gate passage. The house consists of a half-timbered construction with necked anchor beams. The window openings have been enlarged.

The house was bought by the Eiche family in 2013 and has been carefully, professionally and lovingly restored.

The inscribed date in the lintel with the motto was uncovered again.

The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 6/015.
