The building with the postal address Schillstraße 35 is a listed building on Schillstraße in Stralsund .

The two-storey , three-axle , plastered gabled house was built in the first half of the 18th century.

The middle axis is designed as a flat template up to the main cornice . The upper floor is characterized by grooved pilaster strips on the building edges and next to the central window. Three circular windows and one rectangular window are attached in the tail gable .

A half- timbered, two-storey Kemladen adjoins the building in the courtyard . A transverse building, which is essentially medieval, is attached to this, with its northern wall standing on the Stralsund city wall .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 688.
