The Nahlin River is the right-hand headwaters of the Inklin River in the Canadian province of British Columbia .
The Nahlin River rises on the Stikine Plateau south of the Tachilta Lakes at an altitude of about 1000 m . It initially flows in a north-westerly direction. It takes in the Koshin River from the left and the Tseta Creek from the right. Then the Nahlin River flows around the Nahlin Mountain , where it first turns sharply south and later flows in the lower reaches in a westerly direction. The Dudidontu River flows into the Nahlin River on the left. Eventually the Nahlin River meets the Sheslay River coming from the south , with which it joins the Inklin River. The Nahlin River has a length of about 120 km.
The Nahlin River is a salmon river . There are several studies on the Nahlin River and its tributary River Dudidontu occurring silver salmon (Engl. Coho salmon ).
