The Schindlerhof is a four-star conference hotel with around 65 employees in the Boxdorf district of Nuremberg , which is operated by Schindlerhof Klaus Kobjoll GmbH .

history

The Schindlerhof was founded in 1984 by Renate and Klaus Kobjoll . Daughter Nicole Kobjoll has been managing director of the hotel since 2000. The hotel complex is a collection of buildings that are grouped around the original farm. Since the company was founded, the hotel has been expanded and expanded in five stages. A total of 92 rooms with different design themes and 10 conference rooms are available for guests in the DenkArt building and creative center.

The hotel has a restaurant called Unforgettable (upscale seasonal and regional cuisine), as well as a vinotheque, function rooms and a Japanese garden .

For personnel management, the hotel uses the so-called “employee share index”, which was co-developed by the managing director Klaus Kobjoll, and works according to the beyond budgeting principle.
