The Schlösslesmühle is the sixth mill in the Siebenmühlental .

history

The former post office on the way to Tübingen was first mentioned in writing in 1451. The mill got its name from its magnificent appearance since the 18th century. In the 16th century it was still known as the Doktorsmühle , at the beginning of the 18th century as the Kielmannsmühle . It was the first mill in Siebenmühlental to be shut down in 1925. A restaurant with a beer garden has been operated there since 1912. The Schlösslesmühle used to have a stop of the same name on the former Siebenmühlentalbahn .
