Albrechtsdorf Castle ( Polish Pałac Olbrachtowice ) was a castle in Olbrachtowice (German Albrechtsdorf ) in the rural community Sobótka in the powiat Wrocławski ( Wroclaw district ) in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland .

history

In 1736, Ferdinand von Fürst und Kupferberg had a castle built over the preserved cellars of a previous building with a two-story, seven-axis central building and two single-story, seven-axis side wings. The central axis is emphasized by a curved gable with a clock and bell.

From 1925 to 1926 the castle was thoroughly rebuilt, with the side wings being pulled forward a little and given broken roofs. With the exception of its foundations, the castle was destroyed as a result of the communist takeover of the region. The castle park is overgrown, an outbuilding of the castle ensemble has been preserved.
