history

The building was built in 1910 and 1911 as a mansion on an estate that belonged to the von und zu Brenken family. The main building consists of a single-storey country house on a high basement, which is covered by a mansard roof. The three round towers at the corners of the building are reminiscent of the design of the Wewelsburg, only a few kilometers away . A large part of the former garden is now overgrown.
