Final statement
The land consolidation authority concludes a land consolidation procedure by stating ( final determination ) that the execution has been effected according to the land consolidation plan and that the parties involved are no longer entitled to any claims. It is also determined whether the tasks of the community of participants have been completed or whether the community of participants remains as a public corporation . With delivery to the community of participants, the land consolidation procedure is ended and the community of participants expires when its tasks have been declared completed.
In Austria, a final assessment can be agreed between the contractual partners for construction projects (see ÖNORM 2110).
