Sectional view

Sectional view stands for:

  • a graphic form of representation in drawings, see section (representation)
  • a tomographically recorded image (often from the field of medical diagnostics), see tomography
  • A short shot in the film cut that is used to shorten a scene or to cover up editing errors
  • a focusing aid in photography, see sectional view indicator
