Schreve

The Schreve (Flemish: schreef) was a Belgian measure of volume and liquid. The seau (French bucket ) was primarily reserved for cooking oil and was derived from it for the Schreve.

The dimensional chain was

  • 1 Seau = ¼ Aime = 6 Schreve = 24 Pot = 33 liters
