The House School Road 3 ( Latvian Skolas iela 3 is) a Grade II listed building in the Latvian capital Riga .

It is located on the west side of Schulenstrasse ( Skolas iela ) in the Livonian suburb of Riga .

The prestigiously designed building was created in 1905 by the Baltic German architect August Reinberg as a private residence. The facade with elements of Art Nouveau is designed asymmetrically . There are half-timbered elements on the southern gable . Below is the German inscription: WORK IS THE CITIZENS 'ZIER .

From 1945 to 1993 a library was housed in the house. Currently (as of 2018) the seat of the Latvian Medical Chamber is located there .

Since October 29, 1998 the house has been registered in the Latvian Register of Monuments under number 8031 .
