Protection claim

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A defensive statement is a false statement with the goal by a lie his own guilt to hide and a penalty to escape.

A legally accused person who makes a protective claim in court is not guilty of a criminally relevant false statement. It does not cover a false accusation or defamation from another person and may be punishable by law.
