The Swiss Numismatic Society (SNG) is the largest numismatic association in Switzerland , but also has numerous members abroad.

As the Swiss umbrella organization for people, institutions and associations interested in the history of coins and money, it is a member of the Swiss Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences .

The association, founded in 1879 and based in Zurich, is recognized as a non-profit organization.

Magazines

The annual Swiss Numismatic Review and quarterly Swiss Münzblätter with articles in four languages ​​enjoy an international reputation.

Monographs

Meetings
