Sword tug

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A sword tug (also known as a liner brush ) is an extremely long-haired, flat brush that is beveled on one side and has a short handle for drawing long, even lines. It is mostly equipped with hair from the Siberian squirrel (" Feh ").

It is mainly used in sign painting , also in the automotive industry, in paint shops and in pinstriping .

Special forms are the double-sided dagger tug and the keel tug , in which the clamp consists of a piece of quill into which different handles can be inserted.
