Scuola Teatro Dimitri
The Accademia Teatro Dimitri (formerly Scuola Teatro Dimitri) is a drama school in Verscio in the canton of Ticino .
It was founded in 1975 by the clown Dimitri (1935-2016) and joined the Ticino SUPSI University of Applied Sciences in 2006 . Since then, a three-year full-time course for a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and the option of a one-and-a-half-year postgraduate course for a Master of Arts in Theater have been offered.
There are also courses for laypeople, amateurs and professional stage actors.
