Life

Sean Cronin was born in London in 1964 to an English mother and an Irish father. After founding the rock band 'The Marionettes' in the 1980s, he went on a world tour as a frontman with his band, where they performed live in many countries. After the successful release of the first four albums, Sean returned to London, where he founded his own nightclub "Club Wild" in 1996.

In 1990 Cronin entered the film business and, thanks to his own talent, became a cameraman and film director. He made dozens of music videos and short films, in the course of which many other filmmakers became aware of him. So it came to his first small film appearances in big Hollywood blockbusters like The Mummy (1999) and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002). Sean is currently taking on quite significant roles in numerous feature film projects, which he occasionally directs himself.

Cronin owns his own film production company, Magnificent Films. He is the father of eleven children and speaks fluent German in addition to his mother tongue.
