The Seattle City Hall , the City Hall of Seattle in Washington . The seven-story building, which was built in a postmodern style from 2003 to 2005 by the architectural offices Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and Bassetti Architects , is located in downtown Seattle. The construction cost was 72 million US dollars. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assigned it to the gold quality level for ecological building . With the adjacent Seattle Municipal Tower, Seattle Justice Center and other buildings, the Seattle City Hall forms the Seattle Civic Center complex.
