Six lifter

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In verse doctrine, a six-lever meter is a meter with six digits or a specific verse that corresponds to such a meter. The term can be used in literatures with an accentuating verse principle , since only there the number of elevations is decisive for the meter. Since, according to Heusler's theory of verse, the number of bars corresponds to the number of lifts, the six-stroke mechanism is also called the six-stroke .
