Secret Garden ( 시크릿 가든 ) is a South Korean television series starring Ha Ji-won , Hyun Bin , Yoon Sang-hyun , Kim Sa-rang , Lee Jong-suk and Yoo In-na . It aired on SBS from November 13, 2010 to January 16, 2011 .

The drama tells the story of Gil Ra-im, a poor and humble stunt woman whose beauty and body are the object of envy among top actresses, and Kim Joo Won, an arrogant and eccentric CEO who cultivates the image of apparent perfection. Their chance encounter, when Joo Won holds Ra Im for actress Park Chae Rin, marks the beginning of a strained and divided relationship through which Joo Won tries to hide a growing attraction for Ra Im, which bothers and confuses him. To further complicate matters, a strange sequence of events leads to bodies being swapped.
