Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) is a private broadcaster based in South Korea . The company operates a free-to-air television and two radio stations. He also has 6 cable channels (TV) in the program.

history

After the democratic reforms in South Korea in 1987, the government allowed a second private channel alongside the MBC . SBS was originally founded on November 14, 1990. Later, on December 1, 1990, SBS opened a test facility for radio and television broadcasts in Seoul.

From December 1, 1991, SBS began regular broadcasting business. Initially, the station only showed live recordings, as these were cheaper to produce. On October 9, 1992, the government allowed the station to broadcast not only regionally in Seoul, but also nationally.
