Prerow pier
The Prerow pier is a pier in Prerow on the Baltic Sea .
It was preceded by various wooden jetties on site. The present-day pier in Prerow, 394 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, was built in 1993. She stands on concrete pillars. At night it is illuminated with lanterns. Its construction was financed with funds from the joint venture Aufschwung Ost . The existing jetty was made unusable by removing gratings and stairs. A pier festival is held on site every year at the end of May or beginning of June.
