Seeing is believing

Seeing is Believing (SiB) is a global initiative to prevent blindness. SiB is in partnership with the organization Standard Chartered Bank PLC and the international agency International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) (registered charity, No. 110059).

The organization's last campaign was Phase IV - “A New Vision” and was launched on World Sight Day 2008. International campaigns in several countries raised awareness of how blindness caused by certain diseases such as B. Beri-Beri disease can be caused, which occur especially in African developing countries .

In particular, the program was funded by the Gaborone City Marathon in Gaborone , Botswana , which took place on April 18, 2010.
