Sea battle on Lake Poyang

The naval battle on Poyang Lake took place from August 30 to October 4, 1363. Zhu Yuanzhang's Chinese rebels defeated those of his rival Chen Youliang . The battle contributed to the rise of the Ming Dynasty , which replaced the Yuan Dynasty five years later. It is one of the greatest sea battles in human history.
