Seiji Hibino

Seiji Hibino ( Japanese 日 比 野 正 嗣 , Hibino Seiji ; born September 27, 1952 ) is a Japanese archer .

Hibino took part in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich and finished the archery competition in 29th place.

Hibino is a physicist.
