Seimu

Seimu ( Japanese 成 務 天皇 , Seimu-tennō ; * 84 ; † 191 ) was according to the old writings Kojiki and Nihonshoki the 13th Tennō of Japan (131-190). Most historians consider him a mythological figure, and few see him as a real person who can be substantiated with historical facts.
