Sekuwa is a grill dish used in Nepalese cuisine . Meat is placed in yoghurt and spices before grilling and then grilled on skewers, turning frequently, directly over the heat source. Sekuwa is a popular street food . It is often offered in specialized stands or restaurants. In Nepal, Sekuwa is often made with goat meat. An international restaurant chain, Bajeko Sekuwa, takes its name from this dish.
