Sergio Badilla Castillo
Sergio Badilla Castillo (born November 30, 1947 in Valparaíso ) is a Chilean poet , essayist , translator and university professor. He is considered to be the founder of the trans-realistic tendency in modern poetry. Badilla Castillo was influenced by modern Finnish and Swedish poetry and particularly by Norse mythology .
