Serpentine Lake is a salt lake on Rottnest Island in the Australian state of Western Australia .
geography
The lake is 1.2 kilometers long and 250 meters wide.
It is the southernmost of the numerous salt lakes on the island. The neighboring lakes include Lake Timperley , Government House Lake and the Pearse Lakes , some of which are only separated by sandbanks.
To the west of the lake is Oliver Hill.
