The Serum Institute of India is an Indian manufacturer of immunological products, especially vaccines . The company was founded in 1966 by Cyrus Poonawalla and is now the world's largest manufacturer of vaccines.

In March 2020, the company started developing SARS-CoV-2 vaccines for some strains of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
