The Setra S 417 UL is an intercity bus from the Setra brand . The subsidiary of Daimler AG brought the 14.05 meter long S 417 UL onto the market in 2006. The vehicle is offered with an overland front or with a sloping GT front.
The S 417 UL has been equipped with an OM 470 engine since 2013, which has common rail injection and meets the Euro 6 emissions standard. The maximum speed of the motor is 2000 revolutions per minute. For the safety of the passengers, the bus is equipped with ABS and ASR . In the interior, the bus is equipped with 61 Setra transit seats or 3-star touring seats. In the latter case, the vehicle has 63 seats and a toilet.
