Severino Quiñónez

Severino Quiñónez (* 1780 ) was from February 11, 1824 to April 13, 1824 Intendente of the Comayagua Province , an area that today corresponds roughly to Honduras .

During his time as Intendente of the Comayagua Province, he became a delegate to the Constituent Assembly of the Central American Confederation in Guatemala City , where he was with José María Antonio de la Cruz Márquez , José Francisco Barrundia y Cepeda , Juan Francisco de Sosa García, José Matías Delgado y de León , Tomás Antonio O'Horan y Argüello, José Santiago Milla Pineda, Pedro José Antonio Molina Mazariegos and Isidro Menendez drafting a constitution for the Central American Confederation.
