Seyyid Kasim Gubari

Seyyid Kasim Gubari ( Ottoman قاسم غباری İA Ḳāsım Ġubārī ; † probably in 1625 in Istanbul ) was a from Diyarbakir originating Ottoman calligrapher . He was responsible for furnishing the interior of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul with calligraphic inscriptions.

He died in Dschumādā l -āchira 1034 (March 11, 1625–8 April 1625) and was buried in Eyup .
