Shō ( Japanese ) is a unit of volume in the old Japanese system of measurement Shakkanhō , which is still used today for rice and sake .

1 Shō = 24011331 liters ≈ 1.8039 liters

1 Koku = 10 To = 100 Shō = 1000

Sake is traditionally bottled in 1-Shō bottles.
