Shangcheng (Xinyang)

Shangcheng ( 商城县 , Shāngchéng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Xinyang in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of 2,117 km² and has a population of around 700,000 (2002).

Administrative structure

At the community level, Shangcheng is made up of two street districts , seven large communities , ten communities and an administrative center. These are:

Road quarter Chicheng (赤城街道), seat of the district government;
Nianyushan Street District (鲇鱼山街道);

Greater community Daquandian (达权店镇);

Greater community Fengji (丰集镇);

Greater community Shangshiqiao (上石桥镇);

Greater community Shuangchunpu (双椿铺镇);

Greater community Wangqiao (汪桥镇);

Greater community Yangang (鄢岗镇);

Greater community Yuji (余集镇);

Community Changzhuyuan (长竹园乡);

Community Fengdian (冯店乡);

Fushan Township (伏山乡);

Community Guanmiao (观庙乡);

Community Hefengqiao (河风桥乡);

Community Jingangtai (金刚台乡);

Liji Municipality (李集乡);

Community Suxianshi (苏仙石乡);

Wanggang Parish (汪岗乡);

Wuhe municipality (吴河乡);

Tangquan Chi Lakes Administration Center (汤泉池管理处).
