Shanks & Bigfoot was the name of a British music project consisting of Steven Meade and Danny Langsman. The two musicians were called in some productions also Doolally or Kruger .
biography
Meade and Langsman gained fame with the song Straight from the Heart , which was published in 1998 under the name Doolally and reached number 9 in the UK charts .
For legal reasons, the duo then changed their name to Shanks & Bigfoot and had another top hit with Sweet Like Chocolate , which was sung by Sharon Woolf and topped the UK singles charts for two weeks in the spring of 1999 . It was the first two-step garage hit in England that made it to number 1.
The second and final chart success was called Sing-a-Long . The song rose to number 12 on the English charts in the summer of 2000. There were no other notable successes.
