biography

Meade and Langsman gained fame with the song Straight from the Heart , which was published in 1998 under the name Doolally and reached number 9 in the UK charts .

For legal reasons, the duo then changed their name to Shanks & Bigfoot and had another top hit with Sweet Like Chocolate , which was sung by Sharon Woolf and topped the UK singles charts for two weeks in the spring of 1999 . It was the first two-step garage hit in England that made it to number 1.

The second and final chart success was called Sing-a-Long . The song rose to number 12 on the English charts in the summer of 2000. There were no other notable successes.
