Shark Accident Victim Network

The Shark Accident Victim Network (SAVN) is a global relief organization for shark accident victims. SAVN offers a number of free services, such as discussion groups for accident victims, recommendations for live guards , surfers , swimmers, etc. in dealing with sharks . One focus is on accident analysis and reconstruction. In cooperation with the Global Shark Attack File (GSAF) - SAVN maintains one of the largest accident databases on the Internet with approximately 4000 analyzed shark accidents. In contrast to the International Shark Attack File , the SAVN database is freely accessible. SAVN publishes an electronic newsletter on the subject of shark accidents and research on sharks.
