Shenbo

Shenbo ( Chinese  深 波 ) is a Chinese gong that is widespread in the area of Chaozhou (Teochiu) and Shantou (Swatow) in the east of Guangdong Province and is used, among other things, in the gong and drum music from Chaozhou ( Chaozhou luogu ). It has a diameter of 60 to 80 cm and a wide, right-angled edge. A smaller variant is the douluo with a diameter of 40 cm.
