Sherlock Holmes (Meiringen)
Sherlock Holmes is the name of a sculpture by John Doubleday . It was unveiled on September 10, 1988 in Meiringen , Switzerland. It is the place where in the novels of Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes succeeds in defeating his adversary Professor Moriarty .
